Up for auction is a Yamato Tac Deluxe (same, I believe, as Pax Ruby) Japanese vintage rangefinder camera kit. This set comes complete with the following:
-Rangefinder camera
-Auxiliary wide angle lens
-Auxiliary telephoto lens (both lenses come in one leather case, which is slightly brittle and would benefit from a layer of conditioner)
-Filter set in leather slotted case (green, yellow, red, orange filters included; red filter is the correct diameter but doesn't have the chrome ring for some reason...)
Everything looks cosmetically good; shutter appears to work on all speeds, lenses and filters are clean, body of camera and inner workings all clean as well, but when I move the film advance lever, something feels off. It "ratchets" a little bit and feels kind of inconsistent from turn to turn. I haven't run any film through this camera, so it's actual functionality is unknown to me, but because of the way the advance feels, I am selling this camera AS IS FOR PARTS OR REPAIR. I will be unable to accept returns on this item. Please examine all pictures closely.
Thanks for looking and have a great day!
