THERE IS NO VERSION OF WINDOWS OR ANY OPERATING SYSTEM ON THIS LAPTOP, AN OPERATING SYSTEM WILL NEED TO BE MANUALLY INSTALLED PRIOR TO USE!!

Items that cannot be returned:

• Items that you've had in your possession for 14 days after receiving the item from us.

• All items returned are inspecting for the reason you are returning. If the reason does not coincide with your reason for return, we will not pay return shipping.
• We log all serial numbers, mark each items specifically before shipping, and have additional photographs of each item. If you return an item that isn't the item we sent, this is fraud, fraud is a crime, and we will prosecute to the fullest.
