I will make every effort to send your merchandise in lightweight mailing bags, rather than boxes to assure you of reasonable shipping fees. Most items can be sent First Class air. Larger or heavier items must be sent via Priority mail. Whenever possible, I will give you a shipping discount on multiple items. Please email me for shipping costs.

About Returns

Generally under garments are not returnable for sanitary reasons. However, exchanges may be given on most merchandise returned in un-worn or unused condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable and buyer must return items at their own expense within 3 days of receiving.

Feedback

I will leave feedback after you have left feedback for me. This is only because I do not feel the transaction is complete until you have received the goods and are satisfied. And if you do not receive your item in a timely manner, please email me for tracking information. Please do not leave neutral or negative feedback before emailing me with your concerns. I will do my best to address the problem and do whatever it takes to right the situation. Customer satisfaction is very important to me and I want you to come back. If you're not happy, I'm not happy. Because I have so many transactions, I only do feedback once a week. If you have left positive feedback, I will return the favor ASAP
