Vintage SIGNED WEBSTER CO RATTLE & TEETHING RING - baby birth record bell shows a clock, date - 6/11/28. The bell is attached to a mother-of-pearl teething ring that is in excellent condition. This a great conversation piece and will make a great addition to a history buff, bell collector or for any treasure collector. The bell has not been cleaned, has great patina on it. I have included a velvet sash for photo purposes only - to show how this can be worn as a necklace - great look!
