Testing: All of our equipment has been rigorously tested for functionality and/or refurbished before listing the item. In the rare instance we have an "as-is" listing, it shall be marked as used, untested, as-is, and may not be eligible for returns.

Shipping: UPS Ground will be used for most items. However, USPS is our alternative shipping method used for smaller items or Items that qualify for "Fast and Free". We ship Monday thru Friday. Same day shipping cut off time is 12:00 PDT. Items that qualify for "Same Day Shipping" will be shipped no later than next business day for purchases made after 12:00 PDT. 

Freight: Shipping will occur no later then 2 business days after the purchase/payment is made.

Local Pickup: Hours are Monday - Friday 9:30am - 5:00pm. Pickup must be scheduled 24 hours in advance. If a driver/freight truck or other method is used for pickup, buyer "must" provide the driver a copy of the invoice or the items will not be released.  

Warranty: Most of our items have a 30 day return policy from the date that you receive the item, unless the listing is "as-is", with "no returns". Transcend Technology Brokers does not Warranty any items listed or sold on eBay unless otherwise specified.  

Returns: If a return is required we will gladly refund the original purchase amount for the item. Due to the shipping costs for larger items (Larger Items are described as, but not limited to, Servers, Storage Arrays, Core Switch Chassis, and so forth). Transcend Technology Brokers reserves the right to request the buyer to submit information regarding the issue. his will help us maintain the fastest time to a resolution. Return shipping fees will be the responsibility of the buyer "if", the buyer wants to return an item that is not defective or refuses to submit requested information regarding "the" return.
