My current dispatch time is 2 working days and the Royal Mail second class service usually takes 2-3 working days (this can be longer at busy periods). Please therefore allow at least 5 working days for your bracelet to arrive.
A first class postage option (usually 1-2 working days) is available at checkout for an additional 25p per transaction. I'm sorry but I am unable to guarantee delivery by a certain date, but your bracelets will always be dispatched on time.


These stunning bracelets are hand made to order with or without a name.
With lots of colour choice they can be made to fit any wrist with a choice of charms to finish them off beautifully.

The bracelets are made with glass pearl beads, silver toned metal spacers and silver toned acrylic letter beads.

The bracelets are finished with a silver tone extension chain and clasp, and a tibetan silver charm of your choice from those shown in the available charms picture.


Names

Any name or message up to 10-12 letters (including spaces) can be added to your bracelet but unfortunately punctuation and numbers can not be included.

Please be aware of the size of your bracelet when choosing the text you require, every 4 letters takes up approximately an inch of space on the bracelet.
 On smaller bracelets larger names may have a lot less of the coloured beads included.

If I do not receive the required details within 48 hours I'm sorry but I will have to refund and cancel your transaction, but please re purchase when you are ready to let me know the details.

Colours

Not all of the available colour combinations have been listed in the item specifications but any 2 in stock colours can be combined for your bracelet. Simply order the correct size in your first choice of colour and any second colour and let me know the actual second colour you require in your message.
Please try to use the colour names specified to avoid confusion.

Charms

The charms currently available are shown in the pictures, please use the letter and description written below to ensure you receive the correct one

a - Large Star
b - 3d crown
c - 2 small stars
d - open style heart
e - dolphin
f - large butterfly
g - small bright silver butterfly
h - owl
i - filigree heart
j - bear with flower
k - princess crown
l - butterfly

If a charm is not specified with your order your bracelet will be made with the 2 small stars charm.
Where there are multiple designs of a similar type if it is not clear which one you would like a random charm will be chosen.



Sizes

These bracelets do not stretch but do come with a short extension chain to give growing room.
Please ensure you choose the correct size as mistakes cannot be rectified afterwards.
If possible a wrist measurement can be sent to me to ensure the bracelets fit correctly.

I do not make bracelets any smaller than 4-6 years for safety reasons. If the bracelets happen to break they contain small parts which could be a choking hazard to young children, please ensure your child is supervised whilst wearing.

If you require a size larger than 8 inches please let me know in your message.



I aim to dispatch most orders within 2 working days of receiving your order and personalisation details. For large orders (over 6) and during busy periods this may take longer.
If you require your order before the expected delivery date specified on the listing please message first to check if this is possible
before ordering.
Although Royal mail do regularly deliver items on time there are some occasions when delivery can take a little longer than expected, therefore it is not possible for me to guarantee delivery by any particular dates. I am only able to let you know when your items will be dispatched and how long they would usually take to arrive. Please order in plenty of time!
Bracelets are made in the order that they were purchased, I'm sorry but I am unable to bump orders to the top of the list for any reason.
Orders will not be started until your purchase is made and cleared payment is received
