This is the fabulous vintage Louis Vuitton Petit Noe bag in Red.
Although "petit" in French means little or small, this bag is plenty big.
The Noe bags were originally created by LV for the purpose of carrying bottles of bubbly; you could do that with this bag.
I used it for carrying all my day stuff plus a laptop and files, but since I typically reach for my larger Noe instead of this one, it will move on to the new home of one lucky buyer.

The date code reads A21900.
The color in ebay's picture loader are reading more saturated for some reason, I've tried to adjust to depict the true color and detail.
It looks better at-a-glance than others in this lower price range, there's a reason for it.

This much-loved bag was showing some wear so I did some DIY to breathe new life into it.
The black edges of the strap were cracked and peeling.
It has been covered with black edge paint, made especially for leather.
The color is the same now; black, though you will see the cracks in the old edge paint and the parts where it had worn off, but has been repainted with the edge kote so a cursory glance will show solid black edging.
The end result is cleaner.
The red of the leather has also been touched up with red edge paint made for leather, in the corners and at the top.
The white you see in the corners of the bag are reflections--not scratches.
The edge paint is slightly brighter than the aged red epi, but the overall effect is bright and red and again, cleaner.
The old drawstring was totally shot (you can see it in one of the pics, it will ship with the bag) so I replaced it with a non-OEM non-LV red leather string.
I don't like how the Noe bags look with the string tied, I prefer to use strap keepers.
The red epi strap keeper on this bag will ship with the bag, though it is NOT an OEM LV part.
It is a part I sourced from Etsy. I love the look.
If ANY of this DIY and non-OEM stuff is a problem for you, take a pass.
