First off---I was not sure what these straps were for---came with a bunch of Army Aviation survival gear. A more knowledgeable friend told me what they were for. Please look at photos and decide for yourself. Also, all of these straps are new old stock---meaning they were made years ago, but never used. 

There are a total of 7 straps. There is one item that appears to be some kind of pull handle. Then there are three more different items, and they are in pairs---for a total of 7.
