These are a pair of black rear hatch side panels from a 90 300zx 2 seater. The one does have a crack at the end but should not be notable once you install your center hatch trim on it(see pics) They are not faded and may just have some minor scratches.  All the mounting points are good and they are NOT perfect but in good driver quality!
