Soviet watches represent excellent value for money.

They have become more popular in recent years.




The Company was founded in 1942 in Chistopol, Tatarstan, Soviet Union. But VOSTOK brand was named in the 1960s after the Vostok Space Programme, which gave the initial advancement of the USSR in the Space race.



This is a mechanical wind-up watch.

Manufactured probably around 1977s by the Vostok Watch Factory in Chistopol, Tatarstan, Soviet Union.


This is ORIGINAL Soviet Union Era watch.

Retro look.

Made with a Classic Soviet design typical for 1960s and 70s.
Very Good Condition.

RARE version.


The case is Gold Plated (hallmarked AU10-)
about 34 mm in diameter (36.5 mm with the crown).
From lug to lug about 40 mm.
Thickness around 4.5 mm.
 
Fully mechanical movement.
18 Jewels.

Screw Stainless Steel case back.


This watch is running and ticking.
The hands are moving and the watch is keeping reasonable time.

Fitted with reliable, hardworking movement
that just keep going and going.


The watch is in overall good Vintage Condition.

The outer case is in good shape.
With just some signs of wear. Minor scuffs.
The crystal is in good Condition just with small marks or light scratches.

All my collectable mechanical watches are wound prior to being listed, but are not serviced, cleaned or timed. Often I am not able to include a full appraisal of every flaw. (I do not mess with the watches, except to replace straps.) The older watches may gain or lose a couple of minutes or so over the period of one day - it is normal. Mechanical watches are powered by a mainspring and should typically run on one full wind for about 12 - 46 hours. Of course, depending on the type and (first of all) the age. However, if you are wanting a watch with time keeping reliability and accuracy, the service is always advised. Due to the age and nature of these items, they can’t be guaranteed by me.
