· All our items are purchased directly from Retail auctions that are selling overstocked items or returns. So we sell New and used goods.

· All items are checked before dispatch. They will be packed well and placed into secure recycled packaging.

· Delivery -Goods can be dispatched the next working day if requested. However our postal days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.. It will be marked dispatched on eBay and the tracking number will always be uploaded. The courier is Hermes who provides the most cost effective fully tracked delivery service; however, they can take 3-5 days to deliver. If you require the item sooner please ask.

· International delivery - International delivery is available to most countries through the eBay Global Shipping Program. The delivery costs are fixed and paid straight to eBay, this includes customs & tax fees to your country. We send the item to the UK eBay shipping centre and eBay deliver it to you. The service is fully tracked only via the eBay website.
