DELIVERY

We are a UK company, delivering Worldwide and will despatch your order within 1 working day using either Royal Mail or Parcelforce.

• Delivery to the UK should take up to 3 working days

• Delivery to the European Union should take up to 9 working days

• For all other International deliveries please allow up to 12 working days.

  In the very unlikely event that there is a problem with your delivery please ensure you inform us within 14 days so we can investigate the problem. We cannot be held responsible for non delivery outside this period

We operate a no problem returns policy if you bought the wrong size or dont like the product. As long as the product has not been worn, then contact us through the ebay message system and advise us if you want a refund or exchange. All returns must be notified to us within 14 days of expected delivery date to you. All Returns must include the original labels, stickers and packaging. Return posting costs will be at your expense.

We suggest you either return the item via recorded delivery or get proof of postage so you can claim on the delivery company if the item doesn't get  to us. We cannot be responsible for returns lost in the post.
