A nice and early Petzval lens from 1863
"Voigtlander & Sohn in Wien und Braunschweig n° 13528"
Lenses are in good condition and complete (cemented achromat in front group, and separated achromat with metal ring in rear group). 
Barrel wears a beautiful patina and some stains.
Rack and pinion focusing system turns easily.
Waterslot but without waterstop.
There is two very light beginning of separation in front group (see picture 6), cleaning marks and dust inside. 
There is a dent on the original mounting flange (see picture 7) but it will fit without problem on your lensboard.
