18ct yellow gold Marquise shaped Ruby and Baguette diamond cluster ring. The total diamond weight is approximately 1ct +. The marquise shape ruby measures 7.8 x 3.8 mm. The face/head of the ring measures 17.78 x 12.5 mm. The ring is a finger size M 1/2 and is stamped 18k inside the shank.This ring weighs 4.2 grams and is in excellent used condition. The Diamonds are approximately G colour and VS - SI clarity.
