RECENT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK

Regrettably on 23^rd June 2017 we received a negative feedback comment.

To give you some background the following sequence of events took place:

11^thJune 2017 buyer bought an item and was duly dispatched the same day.

Some 11 days after the purchase on the 22^nd June 2017 we received communication from a buyer stating the following:

“Hi, this item was terribly packaged, and arrived broken”

We responded the same day 22^nd June 2017 and a followed up note on the 23^rd June 2017 to resolve the issue.

Regrettably the buyer did not respond to either of our communications and just proceeded to give us a negative feedback.

In our opinion this matter could have been resolved.

We have been proud members of the eBay community for over 10 years and are very pleased to say we have had hundreds and hundreds of very satisfied and repeat customers.
