important to you and us. We take care in our description of our items and
we will give an honest appraisal of all item. If however we do get it wrong
please do get in touch. Regrettably once they are in the postal system we cannot guarantee their
condition as things can and do get damaged from time to time but we will
endeavour to pack well each and every time.
RECENT NEGATIVE FEEDBACK
Regrettably
on 23rd June 2017 we received a negative feedback comment.
To give you
some background the following sequence of events took place:
11th June
2017 buyer bought an item and was duly dispatched the same day.
Some 11 days
after the purchase on the 22nd June 2017 we received
communication from a buyer stating the following:
“Hi, this item was
terribly packaged, and arrived broken”
We responded
the same day 22nd June 2017 and a followed up note on the 23rd June
2017 to resolve the issue.
Regrettably
the buyer did not respond to either of our communications and just proceeded to
give us a negative feedback.
In our
opinion this matter could have been resolved.
We have been
proud members of the eBay community for over 10 years and are very pleased to
say we have had hundreds and hundreds of very satisfied and repeat customers.
