I am a hobby and DIY enthusiast and have been making my own scenery for myself for a number of years now, and model painting for over 20 years. My passion is Warhammer 40K and the Dark Angels Chapter in particular (as you can see from a lot of my product pictures!).
As well as a growing collection of infantry bases and various markers, I have designed two distinct product lines, namely the Urban Skirmish modular terrain system and the Rural Battles terrain collection. The Urban Skirmish system is designed for those gamers who prefer to play their games in a war-torn urban setting, whilst the Rural Battles collection is for games set in a rural environment. Some elements from each system are compatible with the other.
Modular Forest/Rocky Terrain Base
'Rural Battles' is an expanding scenery and terrain range consisting of natural terrain features, roads, defensive structures and infantry bases, aimed at 28mm scale wargame systems, such as Games Workshop's Warhammer 40K, Mantic Warpath and many others.
This terrain base is ideal for games such as Warhammer 40K, Mantic Warpath, Epic 40K and similar games. It is designed to be used as either a rocky outcrop or a forest feature or a combination of both (see image below).
This textured and partially flocked base measures approximately 255mm by 200mm and comes complete with ten 40mm inserts, five of which include rocky features, while the remaining five are lightly textured so that a model tree (not supplied) or any other suitable terrain feature can be attached.
The base is made from MDF and features five randomly placed depressions, each of which takes a 40mm round insert. The base is lightly textured and partially flocked with either dark green turf scatter or static grass, and a small amount of clump foliage, as well as featuring two rocky outcrops. The outcrops are made from Herculite II plaster, while the supplied inserts are manufactured from high quality polyester resin and are lightly textured and painted to match the terrain base.
Alternatively a blank base only may be purchased, allowing you to texture and finish off as required. This is supplied without the inserts.
As all products are hand painted, the exact finish and shade may differ from that shown in the images.
Any other models and scenery depicted in the pictures are not included with the product.

This set consists of a single terrain base, five 40mm rocky outcrop inserts and five textured 40mm inserts.
All products are hand made to order, and whilst every effort will be made to manufacture at the earliest opportunity, please allow up to five working days before dispatch.

Should you wish to return your purchase for any reason then please contact me within 14 days of receipt to arrange the return of your purchased goods.
You will be required, at your expense, to return the goods in the same condition you received them in and in the original packaging. Once the goods have been returned I will issue a full refund of the original purchase price.
