You are purchasing a resin casting made from top-quality casting resin. I use a hard resin that is very durable. This material is not like the material used for official, factory heads, therefore it does not easily lend itself to popping on and off like you would with a factory head. Each headcast comes with a factory peghole, however as pegholes are not universal there is no guarantee that this head will fit on every neckpeg without some alteration needed.

Some of these heads are original sculpts done by me in wax and then cast out. The original sculpts come complete with a peghole just like the factory heads, but again there is no guarantee the peghole will universally fit all neckpegs.

With any peghole that is too small, some light cutting or scraping with an X-acto or sanding with some fine-grit sandpaper will make the hole large enough to fit onto your figure's neckpeg. You can heat up an unpainted head with hot air and it will soften enough to be snapped on. Never use hot water with a painted head, and I would advise not using hot air with a painted head. I will not be responsible for any damage you do to the headcast or your figure while trying to attach a headcast.

If the head you are purchasing is painted, it has been painted with top-quality acrylic paints. More than likely this paint is a mixture of several paints so it will not be a color straight out of a bottle. The paint is strong but as with any custom-painted product it is not guaranteed to be as strong as the paints used by actual toy companies, as those are toxic, unattainable and deadly. Therefore while the painted custom head is sturdy, take care not to rub, drop, or handle the head harshly, as there is always a chance of the paint coming off.

The 30-day return guarantee does not cover damage done to the head by the customer, only damage in transit. If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return it after notifying me within the 30 days. It must be returned in its original package , undamaged and the buyer pays return shipping with tracking.

All items come wrapped in bubble wrap and sent in a sturdy cardboard box.

Items within the United States are sent by First Class mail, and all international items are sent First Class International only.
