Notes
· Fenugreek is in the legume family as are peanuts and garden peas.
· Fenugreek can reduce blood sugar levels.
· Some people may be sensitive to fenugreek’s potential side effect of loose stools.

· Not for use during pregnancy.
Recommended Dosage
¼ teaspoon 4 times daily. For body weight higher than 175 lbs, take ½ teaspoon 3 times daily. May be taken with 1-2 oz. of liquid. Avoid additional liquids 20 minutes before and after each dose.
