The ULTIMATE Paramotor!!! This is the price is no object safest, best quality, highest performance, most durable and best backed paramotor on the market.  As the largest distributor in the US we carry pretty much all of the top brands so we certainly have lower priced units but this is the top of the line.  Zero deaths have ever happened on Flat Top paramotors, most of the top pilots in the USA fly the Flat Top, including all of the elite Team RedBull pilots, for safety and performance reasons and only one injury has ever been reported.  That was a Team RedBull pilot doing what they best and still insane stunts turned into a mere injury from which he recovered.

If you want absolutely the safest, highest quality, most durable and best performing backpack aircraft on the market then this is the one.

The Flat Top paramotor is legendary.  It sets the standard for reliability, durability and safety as well as for incredible performance in the lightest weight package in its class.  The Flat Top 200 weighs only 65 lbs but has a mind boggling 196 lbs of thrust!!! This unit will carry well over 500 lbs of payload!!! That means a 200 lb pilot can take a 300 lb passenger TANDEM!! The Flat Top 200 is like the bulletbike of the sky but also tied for second quietest in a test performed by its competitors at the Salton Sea fly in.

The safety of the Flat Top and its safety record is unmatched.  People have stalled, spun and crashed into the ground in numerous ways and walked away completely uninjured on Flat Top paramotors.  Similar scenarios on our other brands have resulted in many serious injuries & deaths.  One of the great things about paramotoring is that with a certified paraglider, even in a full stall your decent rate is only about 20fps depending on the glider.  That’s about like jumping off your garage roof.  Now if you jump off your garage roof and land flat on your butt you are going to break your back or die.  If however you jump off your garage roof and have over 16 inches of crumple zone below you to absorb impact it is a very non life threatening scenario.  Notice the seat position of the Flat Top paramotor.  Then note that when hanging from the paraglider you are in a slightly reclined position.  That provides over 18 inches of impact protection which is more than an off road race truck, dirt bike or racing ATV have.  This is why when people totally screw up on a Flat Top paramotor they don’t die.  Obviously you can kill yourself doing anything but to date none of the people that have stalled or spun into the ground on Flat Top paramotors have been injured in any way.  They simply walked away unharmed!! When looking at our other brands it is good to notice the seat position.  If your butt is the lowest part on a paramotor or they have floppy bars that allow the harness to easily contact the ground then you can imagine what will happen if you have a serious oops.  Crumple zone.  It is extremely important.

The next biggest cause of death is drowning.  Again the Flat Top has address this by making the unit with a quick release harness.  In several real world scenarios where pilots have gone in the water with the Flat Top, it not only floats but the quick release harness allows you to get out of your harness in less than a second.  The quick release harness is also very nice as it makes getting into and out of the unit just that much easier.  Like the bucket seat in a car though if your seatbelt is undone you don’t fall out of the car.  Same with the Flat Top.  In flight you are sitting back into the seat so even if you were accidentally to open the harness, which has never happened, you don’t fall out as the seat is still under you.

Prop injuries to body parts, hands, arms, fingers… have plagued older units.  The Flat Top eliminated this issue and has not had one single reported incident of any injury of this type since its inception.  The extremely durable cage is lined with Kevlar netting riveted to its surface.  Not only does the Kevlar prevent you from flexing into the propeller even if you stand on it but it also drastically increases the strength of the cage just like spokes in a bicycle wheel.  A bicycle rim can easily be bent with one hand.  Add spokes and you can take that same wheel over 10 ft jumps.  That Kevlar netting makes an incredible difference in both safety and durability by preventing the pilot from hitting the prop and the prop from hitting the cage.  Trip and fall down with other units and they will likely explode as the cage flexes back into the prop.  The Flat Top is so durable it makes it much safer and more fun to learn on and fly as the odds of a slip totaling the unit are almost non existent.

There are literally over 300 reasons the Flat Top is the best paramotor on the market.
