For a limited time we are reopening certain items to international shipping. Please understand that we must ship all international items via Priority Mail because this is the only way to send international items with tracking. This includes packages being sent to Canada. Return Policy We offer a fourteen-day money back guarantee. However, we want you to be happy with your purchase, so if there's an issue beyond that timeframe please still contact us as we may be able to work something out. All returns will be refunded less the return shipping cost (unless the error is made on our part, of course.) All returns must be sent with tracking/delivery confirmation. If you are seeking reimbursement of your return shipping cost, items under 13 oz. must be returned via USPS First Class Mail. Items over 13 oz. should be sent either Parcel Post or Priority Mail, whichever is cheaper.
Item Condition Please remember that most of the items we sell are USED. This means that they've been played with and have evidence of handling wear. All accessories seen in the pictures are included in the auction. Likewise, nothing NOT seen in the pictures is included either. If there is no box or packaging in the photo, then the item does not come with or in the original packaging.
