I request that payment be made within 48 hours.  I have my eBay account setup to automatically start un-paid item disputes after 4 days of non payment.  

This is due to the influx of non paying bidders.  

I try to ship within 1 to 3 business days after payment has cleared.  If you want 1 day shipping, you must request it BEFORE you bid on the item to make sure I am available to ship in 1 day.    I always pack my items very securely and take great care in trying to make sure your item gets to you without damage, however, I encourage you to purchase shipping insurance for expensive items as I am not responsible once I drop the item off at the post office.

***INTERNATIONAL BUYERS***

I have no problem shipping internationally, except for ITALY, I will not ship to ITALY due to all the restrictions with your country, I only use Priority Mail International to receive a customs confirmation number.  I will not ship any other method and WILL NOT lie on the customs forms and reduce a price of an item.  If you aren't happy with these conditions DO NOT BID.  Please email me for a shipping quote for items over 4 pounds as they will cost more.  

Returns are accepted if I have grossly misrepresented an item.  I try to take many photos so you can see all angles of the items.

I always ask in my descriptions for buyers to please ask any questions before placing a bid or buying an item.  If for some reason an item has to be returned, It must be returned to me in the same condition it left.  

The buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the returned item.  I write my descriptions honestly and try to test items out before even taking pictures of them.  If an item doesn't work or can't be tested by myself I will always say so in my listing.
