Our dispatch systems in collaboration with efficient delivery services ensure that the purchased goods reach you in a timely manner and in an ideal condition.

Items are often dispatched 1st class within 24-48 hours of confirmed payment. Our main courier is Royal Mail for small items weighing up to 2 kg; for those above 2 kg, they are dispatched through other couriers such as UKMail, TNT, DHL, UPS depending on the availability of the courier at the time of dispatch.

Please make sure you verify that your registered eBay/Paypal addresses are up to date before committing yourself to buy; this remains the customer’s sole responsibility as we cannot be held responsible for items sent to incorrect addresses.

Deliveries of bigger size parcels or those exceeding 2kg outside UK mainland areas with the following post codes are subject to additional charges:

For international buyers, we recommend the “International signed for” option which is traceable and quicker than the ordinary mail option. Deliveries to Europe will normally take 4 to 10 working days; however this is not guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances.

For those harder to reach destinations and outside Europe, we request your patience as it may take longer than expected.

After purchase, payment should be made via PayPal. For those without a valid PayPal account, they may contact us to discuss any other alternative method of payment. Payment should be made immediately or within 7 days of purchasing.

If payment is not received within the 7 days period, our automated system will file a case on eBay resolution centre. If for any reason you decide to change your mind within the 7 days period, please inform us as soon as possible for cancellation.

We provide both return and exchange; in case you have changed your mind or wish to return an item, you must contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will then provide you with instructions that will help us process your case efficiently upon receipt of the returned parcel.

Please note that customers are responsible for the postal costs involved when returning items; we will reimburse the return postage fees only if the error was on our part or the purchased item was found to be faulty.

For unwanted items, you may send the item back at your own cost and we will issue refund however this may incur handling charges and deduction of our initial shipping cost. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. We reserve the right to decline a refund if the item has been used and/or is not suitable for re-sale.

For all other returns the refund will be for the value of the item excluding postage costs.

Note: deduction of postage fees will not apply on free postage items.

Most products sent to outside the EU zones maybe subject to payment of import duties or other taxes including VAT; if applicable they will incur charges upon arrival to the destination country. This varies per each country. As an international customer you are responsible to consult your country’s import policy and regulations since these are not included in our prices; these are your sole and exclusive responsibility and should be paid to your custom agency or in certain cases to the courier company.

Most European countries, especially those who are part of the European Union are exempt from import duties or certain taxation.
