I am slowly but surely listing original U.S. WWII, post WWII, Korean War and Vietnam War items from a private collection. All uniforms and items have been meticulously cared for and carefully stored. Some uniforms may have been tailored and have had size alterations that differ from the size markings on the uniforms. I will do my best to list the correct measured size of the item. Some items may have been previously professionally dry cleaned or laundered. Most all uniform items are in excellent condition. I will do my best to describe any condition issues with the item. Offered here is an Original Vintage pair of Korean War era U.S. ARMY leather M1948 Russet Combat Boots, Size 9 XW (extra wide). Dated June 25, 1953, these boots are well used and show visible signs of wear but are still in great shape for their age. The original full rubber soles and heels are Marked Light Tread Trademark and still have plenty of wear left in them. These boots are still fully serviceable. A little TLC with a good boot cream or leather conditioner and a quality polish and these things would look awesome! Size, date and mfg. info are ink stamped on the inside of the boot and read as follows;
