This CPU Fan and Shroud Combo is the replacement for Dell Mini Tower Computers such as the Optiplex 320 330, 740, 745, 755, and Dimension E520, 5200 E521. The Combo also work  fits all of the above listed Mini-Tower computer systems. As usual, please check compatibility with your system before purchasing. This product is working system pulled and tested good. The various components of a computer system such as the chipset, the graphics card and the hard drive can produce a large amount of heat while operating. This large amount of heat may be harmful for the proper functioning of the system. The heat sinks and the fans are responsible for dissipating this heat and maintaining the safe temperature limits.
