If you would like to collect your item after purchasing through ebay then cash on collection is the only method of payment accepted.
Payment must be received within 72 hours of the auction end; we currently accept PayPal, Cheques, Postal orders, Direct bank transfers, Credit Cards and Cash on collection.
Credit Terms are available for items over £200, I can split the total to make 2 - 5 equal payments with the item being dispatched as soon as the last payment is received. It is interest free and makes expensive items more affordable.
The cost of returns is the responsibilty of the buyer.
UK Postage:
Items that are posted free post and returned for a refund will have a deduction of the actual postage amount taken from your refund.
All items for mainland UK delivery are posted within two working days of cleared payment.
If multiple items are won, we will be happy to combine shipping - up to three items can usually be combined at a small additional cost; if you would like to combine more than three items, please ask for a quote.
Orders will only be dispatched to the address on your Paypal payment. Unfortunately we cannot accept change of addresses via notes or e-mails.
Where the Royal Mail 1st or 2nd Class is indicated as a postal option, the whole of the UK is covered by the charges stated in the postage.
For 24hr & 48hr courier services, certain zones within the UK are not covered by the stated postage. It is the buyers responsibility to adjust the postage value to the value of the desired zone for delivery. Please see below:

Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Customs fees are normally charged by the freight company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional delivery charges
These costs include delivery by a fully insured trackable courier.
BUYER PROTECTION
For your protection most item purchased under the 'BUY IT NOW' option on ebay are covered by the distance selling regulations which gives you the option of returning any item purchased from an online retailer within specific time requirements. 1. Acceptance of your order:
We must receive cleared payment of the price of the products and the delivery charges (including any surcharges that apply to your delivery address) before we can accept your order. We reserve the right to restrict the number of products you may order and to refuse any order. Our acceptance of your order takes place upon delivery of the products. Ensure packaging is intact before signing for a delivery, if the packaging is noticeably damaged write “packaging damaged” on carriers delivery documentation before accepting the delivery. Only when we have accepted your order is a binding contract created between us. All orders are subject to availability. If the product ordered is unavailable then we will notify you ASAP where you will have the option of waiting for stock, choosing an alternative or a full refund.
2. Prices:
The price of the Goods shall be set by the seller’s quoted price or where no price has been quoted (or a quoted price is no longer valid) the price listed in the sellers’ price list current at the date of dispatch of goods. All prices quotations or estimates are subject to alteration without notice.
3. Content:
We have taken reasonable care to ensure the accuracy of the content on our website, however, in accordance with the applicable laws; we disclaim all warranties (expressed or implied) as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the material on our site.
4. Complaints & Liability:

6. No Variation or Representation:
Nothing said by our sales staff shall amount to any variation of these terms & conditions or representation about the nature or quality of our products.
7. Dispatch & Delivery
We will endeavor to dispatch goods on specified dispatch date but such a date is an estimate only and the Seller accepts no liability in the event that it is unable to meet the dispatch or delivery date.
8. Governing law and jurisdiction:
Your order and the formation of the contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law. The English Courts shall have jurisdiction to hear disputes between us.
9. Shortages or Errors
Notification of all claims including shortages, damages or incorrect items must be made to us in writing within 3 working days from receipt of the goods. The seller shall not be liable for any loss, direct or indirect incurred by the buyer as a result of any shortages or incorrectly supplied goods.
10. Returns Policy
Goods being returned must be returned within 7 days following delivery. Under certain conditions and provided the goods are in unused condition, complete with original packaging goods may be accepted for return. Normally a 25% handling charge (max £10) is applicable to authorised returns. Unauthorised returns will not be accepted. Specially ordered goods cannot be returned. Our Returns address is printed on the invoice sent with the goods.
Due to hygienic reasons we can only supply helmets and undergarments on a non-returnable basis. Realistically this means you should have at the very least tried on and established your correct size of the model of helmet in question. We accept that if you are not able to, you will most likely, purchase your helmet elsewhere.
11. Warranties
For practical reasons we are unable to extend our normal warranty to export orders. However, we take care to ensure that all products are checked prior to despatch
Your statutory rights are not affected.

A crash deposit is also payable with the amount depending on which suit is hired, if you crash the suit the deposit is kept and the suit must be returned.The suit remains the property of Essex Bikers Centre at all times.
