    • If a customer returns an item by choice meaning not because of a defect or performance that originally had free shipping the actual shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If there were shipping charges they will not be refunded.

    • Any problem with an Item must be reported within the warranty period.
    • If items are damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours (1 Work Day) of receiving the package or no claim will be allowed.
