2. Click "buy Now" and head for check out.
3. Have your name and number ready. You may have a Max of 12 characters for the name and up to 4 numbers.
4. When you are in the process of checking out there will be an option for you to leave a NOTE TO SELLER this is where you should leave the name and number that you would like printing on the players jersey. When leaving your personalisation requirements it is IMPORTANT to ensure all spelling is correct as we will print EXACTLY as you request, so please check all spelling. If you are unsure of anything please contact us before making your purchase so we can help you.
5. Pay for your item - will expect payment with in 5 days. Order will not be processed until payment is received.
We aim to ship all orders within 48 hours. If you do not have a dispatch email from us within this time please do not hesitate to contact us and let us know. Please check your eBay messages from time to time we may need a response.

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty please inform us and we will resolve the issue in a friendly, hassle free manor.
We cannot accept returns on products that have been ordered wrong. As all of our items are made to order we cannot reuse them, so make sure you have the correct item. Any other fault on our part we will of course help you out with and offer resolution as soon as possible.

Paypal is the fastest and easiest way to pay. If you do not have a paypal account you can pay with a postal order or cheque. For international orders we only accept Paypal as payment. We expect all orders to be paid for within 5 days of purchase.

We post UK orders via Royal Mail First Class and international orders via Royal mail Airmail.
We post to most countries around the world but there are exceptions due to a poor postal service. If we do not post to you country it will show in our postage options.
