Hello there, welcome to my auction page and thank you for looking, i am just entering my ninth year as an EBAY seller and have been a business registered for 3 years now.

I have been collecting comics for over 30 years now and i have a vast and extensive collection, most of them have been stored in cases or specially made boxes for up to 10 years and some as many as 20 years or even 30 years so they are in incredible condition, it is my own collection that i am selling off slowly bit by bit and i occasionally buy a few things to add to it to help other things sell but mainly the 1970s and 1980s era Marvel and DC, in the 1990s i moved into independent comics in a big way so they are mostly from the smaller publishers or self published and small press titles

I used to work in a dvd and video rental shop so i have always had an interest in films and have watched 1000s in my time, i have lots of favourites – indeed far too may to list here and i tend to stock films that i actually like that i have seen over the years, i occasionally still sell the odd video here and there as well

I only speak English but will do my best to converse in other languages if you like, i speak basic French and Welsh

I accept Paypal, direct bank transfer, cheques, postal order, stamps to the value of the item, gift vouchers or cards from any major high street chain in payment for my items and am always happy to discuss other forms of payment

Please feel free to place an offer on any of my closed 'sealed blind' auctions but please make it your highest bid or best offer as refusal often offends, i may counter offer and things may come backwards and forwards several times during an auction but most prices over £5 are negotiable

i live next door to one of the biggest sorting offices in North Wales and am able to offer an exceptionally fast delivery service as a result, i also post out items every day

MY GRADING

All of my items will be graded according to new and old, NEW meaning that it has been purchased from a shop and never used – genuine old shop stock, also the following scale

M or MT - MINT – perfect 10/10 (nothing is absolutely so there will be sings of general use but its still sometimes classed as a 10 as nothing can really be a 10)

NM - NEAR MINT – near perfect 9/10 (only showing sings of minor wear)

VF - VERY FINE – 7 to 9/ 10 (showing one major defect, i will try to describe this, a price sticker is allowed)

FN – FINE – 6 to 7/10 (showing general signs of wear around edge, spine, foxing, creases)

VG – VERY GOOD – 5 to 6/10 (a general reading copy, complete and intact but cover can be loose, detached or falling as long as its present)

GD – GOOD – 4 to 5/10 (an item with severe wear and damage but with story complete or accesible)

VFR - VERY FAIR – 3 to 4/10 (severe wear, dogeared, may not be complete but story is not affected or item still works)

FR – FAIR – 2 to 3/10 (severe wear a magazine that may be missing its cover for example)

PR - POOR – 1 to 3/10 (a comic that may be missing some of the story, 1 page or the cover for example)

VERY POOR – 0 to 1/10 ( a comic or book that has several pages missing for example, tatty)

a + or – sign indicates whether the item is nearer the top or the bottom of the grading

If international Ebayers could please email me before bidding in order to confirm the postage as it is going up a lot on April 4 th and i dont want there to be any misunderstandings in the future, i may not have completely finished revising the postage in time – any item can be sent uninisuerd at your own risk for the same price as the 'additional item' price or surface mail but please note this takes approx 6 weeks and can take up to 3 months, please email me for a quote, thanks a lot

my preferred method of payment is Paypal and my preferred postage service provider is Royal Mail but i am happy to discuss other options and other couriers

I am happy to combine postage on international orders, the first postage that you will pay will be the most expensive and after that you will pay the 'additional item price' of postage for each item, i may not have finished revising the listing in time for April 4th when you are reading this so just wait for a combined or revised invoice to be sent out to you

I originally started this site up to sell off extras from my comic collection, i started stocking a few other items in other categories to draw interest towards my auctions and have always had a presence in the films, movies and music sections as a result and this site has just grown from there
