The seeds are high in omega 3 fatty acids, fiber and trace minerals. They are a great additive to smoothies, baked goods or cereals, and are commonly used as an egg replacement for vegan cooking.

This annual herbaceous plant is hardy from Zones 9-12. Start indoors for better results or sow seeds directly after last frost. Full Sun.
