Please contact me before returning any items. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Items must be returned in their original condition and postmarked within 14 days after the buyer receives it according to USPS/Fedex/UPS tracking information in order to receive a refund.

All international sales are marked as merchandise, without exception. You may be required to pay additional duties when your purchase enters customs. Indemnity insurance and tracking are provided as available. **PLEASE NOTE** First Class International *usually* takes 1-3 weeks for delivery, but it can take longer depending on location and time it takes to get through customs. We have no control over how long it takes the postal service to deliver your package when you pay for First Class service.
