All goods purchased will be shipped via ''Royal Mail's 24'' service unless otherwise stated or requested. All goods will be shipped within 24hrs of purchase. (excluding bank holidays-weekends-holidays etc) We reserve the right to send some orders via FedEx UK, DHL & UPS depending on the quantity and value of an order, as this insures Finerfilters Ltd and the customer against loss or damage.
If you have simply changed your mind about any item(s) ordered and you wish to return them, you can do so provided you inform our dedicated UK customer service team. Returns must be within 30 days of receipt of your order and at your own expense. Any returned item(s) must not be used or unopened and are 'as new' in their original packaging when returned back to us. Upon receiving the returned item(s) at Finerfilters Ltd, we will issue a refund (excluding original postage costs) for the Item(s) to your original payment method. If for any reason the item is faulty please do not hesitate to contact our dedicated UK customer service team and we will arrange for a replacement sent out to you the same working day. This return policy does not affect your legal rights.
