All the Auction items are well packed to secure the item, well wrapped in bubble wrap and cotton box. All the necessary steps are taken to ensure you receive your item safely.

We use a 24hr courier to dispatch our items. This is a UK ONLY service. Whilst many customers do get their parcel next day (depending on auction end times and how fast you pay!) we aim to have your purchase to you within three days. However on occasions, such as weekends or bank holidays this may take slightly longer. This is a track able service and you will have to sign for your delivery. Items will generally be dispatched on the next working day after payment. This Auction is for UK Buyers only we do not offer International Postage. Collection is possible, but not always convenient for us. We operate within office hours, Monday to Friday (9am to 5pm). We have no problem with you collecting your goods in person, but please let us know at least a day in advance before collecting your item.

If you receive your item and it is significantly not as described, please get in contact with us! We are a genuine company and will be happy to resolve any issues that may occur. Please note we cannot resolve anything unless you get in contact with us! We prefer people to call us, but you can still email us your get in contact with us via ebay message. It is the buyer’s responsibility to return the goods to us, in same packaging as sent. If we receive goods (even damaged goods), with inadequate packaging, we will reject the returns. Any tampering with item for example: “hard driver removal, operating system change, unscrewed” or any other thing will cause return VOID. If you decide to return an item, whether it be incompatible or you simply changed your mind, you will need to return the item to us. In this instance, we reserve the right to charge you up to a 20% admin fee. By purchasing from us, you are accepting our terms & conditions We expect you to pay for your goods as soon as possible (normally within a day or 2), but you do have up to 10 days before we reserve the right to cancel the transaction & ban you from bidding on our other items in the future.
