autopartsmate post all of their items daily. If payment is received prior to midday, then we will do our best to ensure that it leaves that day.

For smaller items we always utilise the services of Toll DX Express - please note that Toll dont deliver to any PO Boxes, so if you have a registered PO Box on eBay and would like it sent via Toll, please feel free to advise us of your physical postal address. Most of our larger items are posted with Australia Posts eParcel service, which is a trackable service and all items are covered by postal insurance covering damage or loss in transit.

And of course local pickup is always available (Craig loves to meet his customers!!)

Warranty

autopartsmate are proud to stand by their products, and it is because of this that we offer a generous warranty on all of mechanical parts. Our minimum warranty term is 12 months, however this varies according to the part.

Our warranty covers the replacement of the part only and does not cover any associated costs in regards to labour or any other expenses incurred or associated with the purchase of the part. We will issue a replacement part at no cost to the purchaser. If a replacement part is not available, a refund of the original purchase price will be issued.

Our liability at any and all times and under all circumstances will never exceed the original purchase cost of the item. The parts that we supply are intended for installation by qualified installers. Warranty will be void due to improper installation.

Damaged In Transit:
Please inspect your delivery immediately it arrives and notify us on the above customer service number if there are any problems. If you have received a damaged item, we need to be notified within 48 hours of receipt.

Incorrect Item Received:

We go to every effort to ensure that there is as much information as possible on all of our listings. We highly recommend that cross checks are made with the photo of the the item, item specifics and parts compatibility to ensure you are purchasing the correct part. Any items that need to be returned due an incorrect purchase will incur a 10% restocking fee, and deduction of the cost of the postage to send the item to you.  The reason that we do this is that we have incurred expenses for purchases that are made outside of our control and it is only fair that we recoup these costs.  If you have been sent an incorrect item, then we will cover the costs associated with the return of the item and resending of the correct item.

60 days plus:
At autopartsmate, we understand that occasionally minds change, which is why we offer a 60 plus day return option, and we will cover the postage of the return of the item. As long as the item is still in the original packing and is unused then we will happily refund your money and postage cost on receipt of the item - this returns policy does not apply where the buyer has purchased an incorrect item.
