All items must be paid for within 7 days of the transaction date by one of the following payment methods:

All orders paid for before 1pm will be dispatched same day, After 1pm they will be dispatched the following day. We send orders Monday to Friday but are still open for enquiries on Saturdays. 

Our delivery costs are usually free of charge on most items within the UK but some may have the minimum cost of shipping applied.

First Class, First Class Recorded and Special Delivery Next Day Guaranteed (not including Saturdays). 

LOST/DELAYED ORDERS: We obtain proof of postage for every delivery. Part of our customer service is to ensure your item reaches you in a safe and secure method. If your item is not delivered within 7 days of receiving our dispatch email please let us know. You will first be asked to check your local post office where 99% of missing items are held for 3 weeks before being returned to us. 

We guarantee every customer will receive their item or a full refund. Although Royal Mail hold a policy that means we have to allow a maximum of 30 days for delivery before it is deemed as "lost". However we will always try our best to resolve the matter as quickly as possible.

If you want guaranteed next day delivery we offer a special delivery by Royal Mail Mon - Fri, please email if required.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: We offer 3 services to our international buyers, Airmail, International signed for and insured courier.

We want you to feel happy with your purchase, so if for any reason you are not, you may send your item(s) back to us within 7 days for a full refund or exchange-free of charge. 
In ear headphones are exempt from this rule for hygiene reasons, Unless the item is faulty. 
Please note, postage costs are non refundable except in the following circumstances: 

* the item you receive is different to that ordered. 
* OR the item you receive is damaged or faulty. 
In the above cases a full refund/exchange will be issued including any additional postage costs incurred by the buyer.* 
*Please note, we can only refund up to the minimum postage amount required to send your item(s) back to us. Therefore, we always recommend that items be returned to us using royal mails 2nd class service with recorded delivery for insurance purposes. 
All items must be returned to us in their original condition within 7 days of receipt. Please let us know before hand why you are planning on sending an item back to us and remember to include this information in your return. It is also vital that you include your user id & item number so we can deal with your request for a refund or exchange as quickly as possible .

All refunds will be issued via your original method of payment and normally take up to 3 working days to process.
