For our UK Buyers we accept most forms of payment from PayPal to postal orders.

Our international buyers are required to pay using the PayPal payment service.

Payments must be received within 7 days of your original purchase with us.
Please note that we do not accept payment in the form of cheques.

UK
Please allow up to 3-5 working days for delivery of your item(s) with standard second class delivery. If you want items quicker, we also offer first class and next day services. We ship Monday-Friday. We have a 1 working day handling time. Each order is issued with a tracking number, this number is sent to your email address once we ship the item. We mainly ship via Royal Mail or Myhermes.

International
EU customers can expect delivery in 7-14 days from shipping. For the rest of the world, delivery usually takes 10-21 days. We have a 1 working day handling time and ship Monday-Friday. We upload a tracking number to Ebay for every order. We send via Royal Mail.

What is your returns policy?
A refund will be offered if the buyer is not 100% satisifed with their purchase, up to 30 days after they have received the item(s). A refund will be given to the buyer if they return the item(s) to us in the original perfect condition (re: sellable condition) at their own cost. If the items are received by us, a refund will be sent for the item(s). The total amount refunded will be invoiced amount including any initial postage paid to us.

If an item is received in faulty condition, we will pay any return postage. If an item does not fit and a exchange is requested, the buyer pays the return postage and we will pay to send the item out again.

How will I know if my item has been despatched?
As soon as your item has been despatched, an email will be sent to you to let you know.

Will I have to pay duty or custom charges on my purchase if I live outside of the Uk?
Please contact your local customs office. Many countries outside the EU will charge you for importing our goods.

Do you combine postage for multiple orders?
Yes we offer multiple item postage discounts. Please contact us for details.
