All U.S. orders will be sent via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Most orders arrive within 4-7 business days depending upon your location. Orders are shipped, on average, within 24 - 48 hours. For PO boxes we ship with USPS only .We ship TAX Free within US

To Australia we ship fast with DHL or AU POST or other Partner and Tracking… To Israel, Japan, S. Arabia and other Countries we ship fast with DHL or FEDEX or USPS and Tracking …The selection of Carrier is AUTOMATED by our systems.

Important note: 

DUTIES/Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are enforced once a shipment reaches your country. Charges for customs clearance must be paid by the Buyer. 

Once an order has been shipped and there is a delivery confirmation, we are not responsible for any theft of product or delivery to the wrong address. If a customer issues a complaint that they did not receive their product despite delivery confirmation, please e-mail us to issue a claim. If we determine that there was in fact a product missing from the package, we will credit back your account immediately.

Each package and their contents are triple-checked for quality control and packed to ensure that they arrive safely. If a customer claims that one of the products is damaged or wrong let us know so we file a claim to investigate the situation. In most circumstances, we will request a few simple photos of the damaged or wrong product before it is shipped back to its warehouse for inspection.Please keep the box unopened with all packaging material.

Testers are genuine, authentic, fresh and 100% original. They are brand NEW UNUSED AND UNSPRAYED.Testers contain the same original fragrance and help the department stores to promote a particular fragrance. Testers are made by the same manufacturer as the original and come in a plain box, and sometimes without the fancy cap.A great selection if for pesonal use.

What does unboxed mean?

Unboxed items are genuine, authentic, fresh and 100% original. Sometimes the outer box gets damaged in transit so we remove it. Unboxed items always contain the same original fragrance as the boxed versions.
