Returns
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your item, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for refund or store credit as long as garment is unworn, tags are attached and original plastic bag is included in returned package.
Items returned with signs of wear, heavy perfume, smoke, pet hair, fluff, dirt or any kind of damage will be returned at buyer’s expense. No refunds or exchanges are accepted in this case.
Refunds
When refunds are requested, original shipping costs will be deducted or 10% restocking fee will apply, whichever amount is less. (Exceptions may apply) Refunds are processed within 3 business days of package being received. You’ll get an email confirmation from Paypal and funds will show up refunded within 1-3 business days in your credit card or Paypal statement.
Store credit / Exchanges
When an exchange or store credit is requested, Market954 will ship your item free of charge as a one time courtesy if item desired is still available. But in order to secure your size or style, we highly suggest buying the item while it is available. Once the returned package arrives we will process a full refund if exchange purchase has been confirmed.
