Delivery

 

•  Postage and packaging costs are based on Royal Mail plus packaging materials and my own time. 
•  Items are always dispatched within ONE business (working) day of payment clearing but may take up to 14 days to arrive.
•  If you want a faster delivery service please contact me to arrange; this will of course cost more, depending on the service. 
•  Delivery worldwide is not a problem as long as you are happy to pay the additional costs for this.  
•  If item undelivered, the refund is processed after 14 working days of delivery for UK orders and 20 working days worldwide.

 

 Multiple Items

• If you are ordering multiple items please contact me before paying to see if postage discounts are possible. 
• I will always try to reduce postage costs by sending single shipments if this is possible. Sometimes the weight limits or packing materials will not permit this, but it is worth checking with me before paying.

 

 Payment

• Please pay for your items within 3 working days. 
• The preferred method for payment is paypal, but other means of payment are accepted as well.

 

Feedback

• I would love your feedback once you have received the item.  Please note: in order to encourage your feedback I will not leave feedback unless you have left feedback for me.  Thanks in advance.

 

 Returns

• I will be happy to accept your request for return for any reason. 
• All return requests need to go through the eBay returns process. Please open a case at eBay resolution center if you intend to return your order.
• If return is due to my fault (i.e. item not working, wrong descriptions), you will be fully refunded plus the postage cost for returning the item.
• If return is due to the buyer's fault (i.e. wrong order, or not reading the description fully), the buyer is responsible for all return postage cost.  
• It is the buyer's responsibility to read the item's descriptions carefully to avoid future misunderstanding. 
• The refund is processed as soon as the item arrives safe in the original conditions.  
• For Brand-New products, it is important the seal not to be broken, otherwise I can not accept the returns. 
• The request for return must be recieved within TWO weeks of delivery.
