DISCLAIMERS, WAIVERS AND INDEMNITY: By placing a bid / purchasing this or any other product (“Item”) from Seller or Seller’s affiliates (collectively known as “Seller”), no matter in which venue or location the sale is consummated, you (“Purchaser”) represent that you are of legal age (18 years or older) to use this Item, enter into this agreement, and become bound by its terms. There are inherent risks involved in using any product, even while using protective equipment (which Purchaser is responsible to investigate and obtain), including but not limited to: serious physical injury, and possibly death. Purchaser acknowledges that Seller is neither the manufacturer of this Item nor an agent of the manufacturer. Purchaser waives all liability of Seller and claims against Seller for damages, losses, costs, injuries, penalties, expenses, attorney’s fees and liabilities of whatever nature whether in tort, contract, warranty or strict liability, including without limitation those resulting from injuries or deaths of persons and damages to property resulting from, or arising out of or in connection with the use of this Item, loss or liability resulting from negligence, operational deficiencies or failures, acts of God, or other cause (whether such causes are avoidable or not) caused in whole or in part, directly or indirectly by Purchaser, Seller's employees, representatives, agents or third parties (collectively, "specified claims"). Under no circumstances is Seller responsible for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, even if Purchaser has been advised of their possible existence. Purchaser agrees to indemnify, defend and hold Seller harmless from and against any and all specified claims. Seller hereby disclaims all claims, express and implied, with respect to this Item, including without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or that the Item is free from latent defects. Purchaser has had the opportunity to contact Seller to ask any questions regarding this Item prior to purchase. Item is sold in its current as/is condition as described subject only to warranty for repairs if offered. Purchaser knowingly and freely assumes all risks of ownership and use, known and unknown. If Purchaser loans, re-sells, gifts, or transfers the Item, Purchaser will obtain transferee’s agreement of all the terms contained herein. Should any legal cause of action arise, the Buyer agrees to defend Seller, and hold harmless, and forever release the seller, from any and all legal liability. PURCHASER WARRANTS THAT THEY HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND ACKNOWLEDGE THAT THEY HAVE GIVEN UP SUBSTANTIAL RIGHTS BY THIS AGREEMENT, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS FREELY AND VOLUNTARILY WITHOUT ANY INDUCEMENT.

CAUTION: Equipment and supplies are to be used only by properly trained & licensed professionals, in a safe, controlled environment on pre-screened clients. Never use a machine or implement a treatment without fully understanding all operating and safety procedures, possible contraindications and effects/interactions of any treatments and products applied. Clients should always consult a physician before undertaking any treatments, and seek immediate medical attention in the event of any adverse reactions.

Contraindications: All treatments including ultrasonic, galvanic, high-frequency, hammer, aromatics, dermabrasion, and those with ozone or UV light production (Wood’s lamp, facial steamer, etc.) should not be used on (are contraindicated for) clients who are pregnant or might be pregnant, have pacemakers or any heart or abnormal blood pressure history, have open lesions or inflamed areas, rosacea (including pustular), couperose or broken capillaries, spider veins, autoimmune disorder, epilepsy, cancer (or anyone undergoing radiation or chemotherapy), or that have any electrical device or metal contained in or about the body, or are suffering from any health condition.

Except in rare instances, all photographs shown are taken by our in house staff, and all item descriptions are written after our hands-on inspections of each product. We do this to provide the most accurate representation of the products, and ensure you’ll receive exactly what you expect (measurements quoted are approximate). Most sellers rely on, and copy the pictures and specifications provided by the manufacturers in their brochures. It has been our experience that these are usually dated and/or incorrect. We strive to have the most current information and images available, and only occasionally, due to unexpected manufacturer changes, will items be slightly different than depicted. All pictures and descriptions are the original copyright works of the seller and are not to be reproduced in whole or part without permission.

These products are not medical devices; they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any diseases. Statements or claims made, if any, by this advertisement, product, and any included packaging / literature have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and are not endorsed by the seller.

Other Cautions: Never use electrical items, or touch electrical connections or power cords while wet or while in wet areas, and always use a GFCI protected receptacle anywhere water could be present. Do not use machines outdoors or near flammable items. To avoid a mild tingling/shocking sensation, the user and client should avoid touching metal (and should not wear metal jewelry), including the machine’s metal parts and knobs (except for the intensity and function on/off controls) while using the high-frequency and galvanic functions. The use of glycolic (hydroxyacetic) acid, and other AHAs, chemical peels or irritants should be avoided before, during, and after high-frequency and galvanic treatments. Never use any machine that is damaged or needs repair, or use any function with a broken attachment. For example, never use a high-frequency wand with a broken electrode, a steamer with a dripping nozzle, a wobbling bed, table or chair, the vacuum extraction or dermabrasion features with damaged tips, a facial brush with a worn brush-head, etc. Some machines and/or functions have areas or surfaces that reach high temperatures, and caution should be used to avoid burns. Avoid heated facial steamer metal surfaces, reservoirs / jars (and the water contained within), heating coils and surrounding areas, herbal baskets, steamer arms, nozzles, and nozzle exits (always maintain safe distance from steam). Some other items that can reach high temperatures are towel warmers, and UV, fluorescent or incandescent bulbs. When using the hot side of the hot/cold hammer tool, always check the current temperature before contacting it to the client’s skin and limit the exposure time at the warmer temperatures. If the hammer is too hot and would cause a burn, turn off the power and allow device to cool.

Some items include the option to make a "Best Offer." Depending on the item, our system for accepting or rejecting those offers is automated; therefore any comments included with the offer will be ignored. If you have any special requests, please email us prior to making an offer.

Due to fraud and other reasons, we reserve the right to limit sales to certain countries, and the right to block / cancel bids for any reason, such as where seller protection is not available from PayPal. We reserve the right to cancel an order or terminate a sale for any reason. We will not be obligated to honor any item prices or shipping quotes offered incorrectly due to computer or human error or for unusually expensive or rural places where the quoted amount does not cover our costs.

Boxes may be opened for the purpose of testing, inspecting, photographing, adding additional padding/packaging/instruction supplements, or ensuring the completeness of the item.
