When leaving your personalisation requirements it is IMPORTANT to ensure all spelling is correct as we will print EXACTLY as you request, so please check all spelling. 4. Pay for your item - will expect payment with in 5 days. Order will not be processed until payment is received.

Shipping
We aim to dispatch all orders within 2 working days (Providing we have the personalisation details for your item). Once you have received your dispatch email this means your item has gone to print. Please allow up to 48 from receipt of your dispatch email before your item is pick up by Royal Mail.
We post UK orders via Royal Mail First Class and international orders via Royal mail Airmail.
We post to most countries around the world but there are exceptions due to a poor postal service. If we do not post to you country it will show in our postage options.
