Refunds and Exchange:
Bali Abundance will happily exchange or refund items if you change your mind.
You must make contact with Bali Abundance via ebay within 14 days of receipt of payment.
Your order, or part thereof, must be returned at your own expense within 7 days of Bali Abundance receiving your message requesting an exchange or refund.
Items must be received in original condition and packaging.
You can nominate a preferred item to exchange or we can issue you with a refund less 10% of the sale amount to cover the cost of ebay fees and charges.

Your initial postage costs are non-refundable.

All items must be received in original condition with all packaging and contents intact.
Postage on the replacement item/s is also at the customer's expense.
We recommend you use registered post when returning your items.
