Warranty Terms & Conditions:

We only entertain genuine/true claims, the following conditions apply:

    Handset MUST NOT be physically manipulated, opened or altered in any way.7

Battery life is not covered on any used phone we sell.

    Any water/liquid damage, or faults resulting from excessive or physical damage will NOT be covered under this warranty

    No attempts to Jailbreak or unlock phone are allowed, if so, returns will not be accepted.

     We reserve the right to decline any false claims.

    Phone must not be taken to any repair shop or other technician, that voids the warranty.

    As with all used mobile phones, Battery is not covered under our warranty.

    Finally, all IMEI details are stored for verification upon receipt to confirm it was the handset that we shipped out and not any other handset.
