1. Do you accept returns?
Answer: Yes, we do accept returns of unused items, within 14 days of delivery either for a refund or for a new item/size/color. The return shipping costs are under the customer responsibility.
2. Do the sizes run Big/Small or True to size?
Answer: Each item is different from the other, please contact us regarding your specific item and we will love to share with you all the information we have, including size chart, reviews and a lot of experience so you will pick your perfect size!
3. I received my order- but this is NOT what i ordered, what should i do?
Answer: In that case we must admit, we are all humans and can do mistakes sometimes. we work our hardest to avoid them. but don't worry! we also know how to fix them..Please contact us and we will love to resolve any problem you have with your order the fastest possible!
4. My package was marked as delivered but i didn't received it. what should i do?
Answer: Sometimes, post tracking is updated a little earlier then it actually is. the best solution is to wait another day or two and see if the package arrive. please don't wait more then that and contact your local post office if the package doesn't arrive even after one day- don't worry! Most of the time they do find the missing packages- That's why it is important to contact them soon. if there is any problem with the post office, feel free to contact us and we will help you!
5. For international Buyers: I Received a note from my post office with a request to pay additional custom fees. what should i do?
Answer: we are sorry to hear you had to pay fees to your country. we as the seller have no connection to that at all and we don't have anything to do in order to avoid it. we also don't know about it before in order to let you know about it- we had customers that didn't have to pay and others that paid less or more then others. in order to avoid this inconvenience- please check the rules on your country before you order.
