Items must be returned in original sent condition to receive a refund. All tags and labels must be in the original location and shoe boxes must also be returned in the original condition sent. Any original shipping costs or associated fees paid are nonrefundable, refunds will be made for the item price only. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping costs. A 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
