Complete Power Lift assembly  ,  for  electric / Hydraulic lift ,  Tilt/Trim for Big horsepower Johnson /  Evinrude  outboard , works great,  easy to just bolt on to your outboard, just 6 bolts and you are ready to go,  I left the whole assembly complete  to save all the work of stripping the hydraulic pump and rams out and all that hassle, just bolt on the entire assembly to your outboard motor with 6 bolts, 

fits 200hp to 300hp  2 stroke Evinrude and Johnson motors, DFI  ,  EFI  ,  Carburated  ,  It came off a Oct 1999  225hp ...its in very nice condition fully working, with all wiring and connectors as show in photos...
