Ford 1.6 1.8 2.0 ZETEC to CVH INLET Manifold Adapter Plate

10mm thick 5053 Aluminium CNC WATERJET cut inlet manifold adapter plate to suit the Ford 1.6/1.8/2.0 Zetec engine. This plate/stud arrangement allows the fitment of a 1400/1600 CVH manifold onto the popular 1.6/1.8/2.0 Blacktop and Silvertop Zetec E engine.

NOT suitable for Zetec SE/Sigma engines (see our other items for this application).

NOT suitable for ST170 engine (see our other items for ST170 specific parts).

The kit consists of:

1 x ZTEC-CVH-001 Adapter Plate

6 x M8 Manifold Studs (33mm Exposed Length once mounted in the plate)

1 x M8 Countersink Screw for Middle Hole (this replaces one of your existing Zetec head studs)

1 x danST Engineering Zetec (1.6/1.8/2.0) Heavy Duty Inlet Gasket

1 x danST Engineering CVH (1.4/1.6) Heavy Duty Inlet Gasket

As can be seen from the pictures the port shape is that of the standard Zetec engine - Being an aluminium plate these can then easily be ported by hand (a simple round file will suffice in most cases) to match your CVH manifold. However if you are looking for a quick solution you can of course bolt the manifold straight on, but ensuring smooth flow will get the best from your conversion. Likewise for fitment of injection CVH manifolds whilst the cutouts are not included on the profile these can easily be added with the use of a die grinder, drill or file.

PLEASE NOTE! This item is designed to suit the 1400/1600 CVH inlet manifolds and is not suitable for the 1800 Sierra version.

Of course being aluminium this plate is over 1kg lighter than an 8mm steel equivelent.
