TERMS & SELLING CONDITIONS

We aim to give 100% satisfaction at all times.

Any concerns about  your order you will be informed immediately.

REFUNDS / RETURNS / DAMAGED/MISSING ITEMS:

On the rare occasion that items are damaged in the post, please contact us on receipt of item. We will need photo evidence for Royal Mail. You will need to return the item to Royal Mail on request along with the packaging. We can then either replace the item or give you refund.

Faulty items will need to be returned to us within 7 days for a full refund.

We cannot accept returns on opened items, as they are not re-sell-able.

Return postage cannot be paid for items returned. Within 7 days return/refund is possible.

If you do not receive your item within 7 days, please contact us. A claim through Royal Mail cannot be made before 15 days after posting (25 days for overseas).

Please do not ask us to resend or refund any items until this time period has passed as we cannot comply until we can claim from Royal Mail. After the mandatory time period has passed we will be happy to either resend or refund your item to you.

DISPATCH AND POSTING DETAILS

All Items are posted within 1 day of payment being received

We post daily Monday-Fridays (excluding bank/other holidays)

Items purchased after 12pm on Fridays will be posted on Monday

DELIVERY:

Standard Delivery for UK is 1^st and 2nd Class

A Dispatch Confirmation Email will be sent once your Item is dispatched

Please ensure your address is correct before payment. We are not responsible for wrong or undeliverable address.
