This is a Brand New and Clean Air Sampling Belt VOC MiniCan-400ml SUMMA Canister. Made in 2009 by Battelle Eastern Science & Technology Center.
This minican is part of a lot that was going to be assigned to personnel training in the environmental engineer field. For this reason, this minican has a label affixed to it which states such ("Training Sample Canister"). The actual canister, however, is the usual SUMMA canister now being deployed in the air qualitative and environmental protection fields.
