All items are ready to be picked, packed and dispatched from our warehouse.
All items are dispatched within 24 hours of payment clearing. Items purchased before 2pm will be dispatched same day.
We always try to combine shipping where possible. Please inspect all goods for damage before signing the couriers delivery note. If there is any damage do not sign your name. Please write Received Damaged instead. Then phone us immediately to report the damage.
If an item is signed for it tells the courier it was received in good order and means we cannot make a claim against them for damage in transit.
UK Shipping (Mainland UK)
Small items (less than 1kg) will be dispatched with the Royal Mail (Recorded Delivery) and although they usually arrive the next day sometimes they may take 2-3 days.
Larger items up to 30kg will be sent with a courier such as Parcel Force or APC Overnight. These items will require a signature. If recipient is not available a card will be left and delivery will usually be attempted the next working day, If delivery cannot be made again the parcel will be taken back to the local depot and will be held for 7 days. If the item is not collected in this time the item will be returned to us.
Palletised deliveries are sent via a freight service such as The Pallet Network or Pallet Ways. These items will again require a signature.
For Delivery to Scottish Highlands, Isle of Scilly, Northen Ireland, Isle of Man and Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, please contact us for shipping costs and timescales as these will vary.

PLEASE NOTE:
Delivery cost is calculated on weight and size of parcel once packed. We understand shipping prices are sometimes very expensive.
Cash on collection or card payments are welcome at our trade counter.
If you have purchased a part incorrectly or if a part has arrived damaged you must inform us straight away. We welcome these returns however please note that parts must be returned within 14 days from the date or receiving the item.
When returning an item please call, email or message us first quoting the invoice number, your name, your contact telephone number and your reason for returning the item.
Please then package the item up and send it back to us enclosing a covering letter.
The returned item must be in original condition as received. We will not accept returns on items that have been broken apart, modified or damaged.
All refunds will be issued via original payment.
If a buyer has bought an item in error we will gladly refund you however the amount refunded is less the cost of carriage.
We do not arrange collection of parts as 3rd party collections are impossible to manage. It is the customers responsibility to return parts back to us.

In the unlikely event that you need to return a part or make a warranty claim please contact us in writing by email or message us direct through eBay. Please quote your invoice number, name and contact telephone number and we will get back to you as quickly as possible.
