RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days from receiving your package. We will give a refund or exchange, if the item is available. Shoes cannot be worn outside or show any signs of wear and must contain all tags and boxes that we mailed with.  Worn shoes will not be accepted for return or refund.  A restocking fee of 20% will be assessed for returns. . Please contact us if you are sending any returns back, you will need an RMA from us.  Buyer is responsible for shipping back to us, and any new shipping charges related to the exchange.  All shoes and boxes are required to be sent back.  Please do not use the shoe box as the shipping box, please make sure it is double boxed.  We require our boxes to be in new condition as sent them.  Never hesitate to email if you need more info or clarification on any issues. Yes, all our shoes are 100% authentic and Guaranteed to be original, unused, unworn. We have been on eBay since 1999 and have a perfect feedback of 100%, rest assured that you are buying from a legit source.

2.  Do you offer Free Shipping?

In some cases, we run promotions and offer free shipping, 10% off, and others.  You will see on the list if that given item has a promotion going at that time.

3.  Do you combine shipping?

Yes we do combine shipping so you can save even more! Please feel free to bid/buy as many items as you want and save even more.

4.  Do you ship Worldwide?

Yes we do ship worldwide.

5.  Do you accept returns?

Yes we do, however, please read our return policy for more info.

6.   Do you ship with tracking #?

Yes all our products are shipped via USPS/UPS/Fedex and a tracking # is issued.

7.  How many days a week you ship?

Most of the time, we ship on Mondays, Wednesday, and Fridays.  International shipping days are Tuesday and Thursdays.  We do not ship on Saturdays unless is a client to request, but is not guaranteed it will be done.

8.  Why is my tracking # not working online?

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking #s to be updated.  Usually it updates at night time.  

9.  Can you get more shoes?

Yes we can.  If you need a special pair, please let us know and we might be able to get that item for you.  If we do, it will be placed on a special private  auction on eBay for you to purchase it.

10.  Do you have a website?

11.  I just missed the auction, will you re-list the shoes? Can I buy them now?

If you missed the auction, in some cases we relist the shoes, if we do not, and you still want to buy them, we can set up a private auction for you to complete the deal, for everybody safety, all is done via ebay.

12.  What forms of payment do you accept? 

We do accept Paypal Only per eBay Rules!

13.  Do you accept offers?

We do, however, once we add an item we want for buyers to bid or get it at BIN price!

14.  Do you do trades?

Sorry we do not do trades!

15.  How long does it take for international packages?

Depending on the shipping method we use, for instance: Packages mailed out with USPS Priority Mail, usually takes 7-10 Business days.   First class international takes about 21 business days.  Please check with your customs.  Please be patient and track your order online!

16.  I Purchased/bid on the wrong item, can you cancel it?

It is Ok, we all make mistakes.  If the auction has not ended, you can cancel the bid yourself, under your account page go to your bids and cancel it from there.  If the item ended, Please contact me via ebay messages and I can proceed by going to ebay and letting them know.
